The HX series Huaxia arm pipe fittings laser fork is widely used in industries such as automotive manufacturing, aerospace, construction machinery, new energy, and rail transportation. The HX series non-contact laser fork pipe fitting measurement system can be directly installed next to the pipe fitting production line to inspect pipelines, lines, hoses, etc. Besides providing various conventional detection functions of the articulated arm, it can also provide processing parameters and reasonable correction value data that match the bending pipe equipment, for the adjustment of the bending machine to use. Thus, it can greatly shorten the time required for adjusting the equipment and improve the qualification rate of products. 
We offer five different sizes of laser probes: 30mm, 50mm, 80mm, 150mm, and 200mm. With the non-contact laser probe, pipe fittings with diameters ranging from 1mm to 180mm can be measured. For larger diameter pipe fittings, contact-type hard probes can be used for measurement.

1. 3D space detection: Conduct high-precision scanning of oil pipes and curved pipes in fields such as automobiles, aircraft, and construction machinery. 
2. Production Support: It can be directly tested beside the production line, providing processing parameters and correction values that match the bending pipe equipment, helping to adjust the bending machine and reducing the waste rate. 
3. Data Comparison: It supports the comparison of measured data with the CAD model, generating a graphic and textual inspection report to determine the processing deviation.

CNA 7 Measurement Software

The CNA7 measurement software of Kangzongnies supports surface CAD detection function; it also offers laser fork pipe component measurement function and laser scanning function. The HX series Huaxia arms are compatible with third-party measurement software, including POLYWORKS, PowerINSPECT, etc.

3. Alignment: The actual measured pipe parts can be aligned with the theoretical pipe part coordinates for comparison and analysis, thereby generating a pipe part document.
